• A former District Court Judge in Guilford County, presiding over the court in which family law cases are heard

• A Superior Court and Family Financial Mediator certified by the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission

• A member of the Association for Conflict Resolution and the North Carolina Association of Professional Family Mediators

• A member of the Dispute Resolution and Family Law sections of the North Carolina Bar Association
